Our specialty
in this area is sourcing and negotiating of accommodation
space for clients who are interested in having such space
for a term; long or short, either for residential, commercial
or office purpose. We equally source and negotiate on behalf
of clients who are interested in outright purchase of any
landed property either developed or underdeveloped. We equally
act for property\land owners who want to lease or assign their
property to a prospective and willing tenant or buyer. Our
client's instruction is the tool with which we work; therefore
we do not deviate from the minutest detail of such instruction.
2.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
In this
area we deal with the proper and efficient management of properties.
This goes beyond leasing out the premises, collection of rent,
as there are other technical challenges involved such as physical
maintenance of the premises to put it in a tenantable condition
at all times. Other activates and undertaking in management
of properties and assets includes

· Security Arrangement for the occupiers and property

REAL ESTATE CONSULTANCY
Real Estate
Consultancy function is same as Real Estate Agency only that
in this respect we advice property owners as to what rent
should be passing on their properties, and also to advice
them on what type of property they should develop in certain
locations or otherwise.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
We carry
out property development on behalf of our clients and for
ourselves. Our briefs here include construction works from
foundation stage to actual completion-civil, electrical and
interior decorations. Our reliable team of developers is constituted
into another company- PENTHOUSE PROJECTS LIMITED- a subsidiary
of PENTHOUSE PROPERTIES LIMITED. This enhances proper and
prompt execution of projects.

VALUATION: as earlier mentioned, we have two
qualified members of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors
and Valuers (NIESV) who are currently in partnership with
the company. In that capacity, we undertake valuation of assets
and landed properties throughout the country to determine
the open market annual and capital value of assets as well
as landed properties.
